P\u0103streaz\u0103 mereu devizurile \/ chitan\u0163ele \/ facturile vechi, s\u0103 existe un istoric clar al repara\u0163iilor <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Recurg iar la compara\u0163ia cu medicina. E\u015fti un client pl\u0103titor care are o problem\u0103, omul din fa\u0163a ta ofer\u0103 un serviciu pl\u0103tit, iar treaba lui nu e s\u0103 te judece, ci s\u0103 coopereze cu tine \u015fi s\u0103-\u0163i ofere o repara\u0163ie profesionist\u0103.<br \/>\nDovada profesionalismului, \u00een aceste cazuri, e s\u0103 \u0163i se propun\u0103 o prob\u0103 de drum. De exemplu, tu remarci un zgomot care \u0163i se pare suspect. Dac\u0103 afirmi acest fapt, la\u015fi ma\u015fina \u015fi pleci, profesionistul poate remarca un alt zgomot, care s\u0103 denote o alt\u0103 problem\u0103, pe care tu n-ai identificat-o, iar zgomotul t\u0103u s\u0103 i se par\u0103 o normalitate. S\u0103 fac\u0103 treaba, s\u0103 repare problema identificat\u0103 de el, dar s\u0103-i scape ceea ce ai descoperit tu.<br \/>\nProba de drum \u00eei va ajuta pe cei doi s\u0103 identifice exact despre ce este vorba, gradul de urgen\u0163\u0103 al problemei, \u015fi eventuale alte defecte.
