Pe Facebook, intro-ul ei spune c\u0103 este \u201evocea curajului\u201d la Teatrul Dramatic \u201eSic\u0103 Alexandrescu\u201d din Bra\u015fov. (&#8220;Aici trebuie s\u0103 modifici. Meritul nu e doar al meu. Suntem mai mul\u0163i care am riscat \u015fi ne-am tot luat-o&#8221;.)<br \/>\nM\u00e2ine, miercuri, 21 decembrie 2016, Ada Gale\u015f, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu colegul ei Bogdan Nichifor \u015fi regizorul Claudiu Goga, sunt convoca\u0163i \u00een fa\u0163a comisiei de disciplin\u0103 a institu\u0163iei. Cei trei se a\u015fteapt\u0103 s\u0103 fie concedia\u0163i \u00eenainte de Cr\u0103ciun. <\/p>\n<p>***<\/p>\n<p>Problemele teatrului au \u00eenceput din iarna lui 2015. Prim\u0103ria acapara din ce \u00een ce mai mult sala mare a teatrului, anula repeti\u0163ii, ba chiar spectacole, pentru diverse evenimente lipsite de orice leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu teatrul \u015fi, totodat\u0103, b\u0103ga \u00een buzunar sumele rezultate \u00een urma \u00eenchirierii s\u0103lii. \u201e\u00cemi amintesc\u201d, spune Ada, \u201eaveam spectacol la Sala Studio. \u00cen Sala Mare era concurs de Miss, iar muzica venit\u0103 de la ei ne-a &#8216;colorat&#8217; toat\u0103 reprezenta\u0163ia\u201d. Directorul interminar Claudiu Goga \u2013 om de teatru cu rezultate respectate de \u00eentreaga breasl\u0103 \u2013 a \u00eencercat s\u0103 protesteze, \u00eent\u00e2i \u00een scris, apoi faptic \u2013 \u015fi \u00een cele din urm\u0103, a demisionat, al\u0103turi de contabilul-\u015fef, doamna Mariana Hudi\u015fteanu, \u015fi secretarul literar, doamna Oana Bor\u015f. <\/p>\n<p>A urmat protestul Bulina Ro\u015fie. Dup\u0103 cum le-a spus actorilor: \u201eFace\u0163i ca la oper\u0103, \u00eenv\u0103\u0163a\u0163i partiturile acas\u0103 \u015fi intra\u0163i \u00een decor cu trei zile \u00eenainte de premier\u0103\u201d. (Orice om care a practicat vreodat\u0103, m\u0103car la nivel de c\u0103min cultural, profesia de actor r\u00e2de acum cu toate orificiile.)<br \/>\n\u201e\u00cen parantez\u0103 fie spus\u201d, men\u0163ioneaz\u0103 Ada, \u201etoate institu\u0163iile de cultur\u0103 din Bra\u015fov, opera, filarmonica \u015fi teatrul, sunt conduse de interimari de zece ani. Revelator pentru respectul fa\u0163\u0103 de cultur\u0103 al autorit\u0103\u0163ilor din Bra\u015fov.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>\u00cen urma acestui prim val al protestului, Doiciu a fost \u00eenl\u0103turat\u0103 de la prim\u0103rie, iar doamna Hudi\u015fteanu, fostul contabil-\u015fef, a fost numit\u0103 director interimar. A stabilit un program coerent al \u00eenchirierilor s\u0103lii, care s\u0103 nu-i \u00eempiedice pe arti\u015fti s\u0103 repete, a negociat ca veniturile venite din \u00eenchirierea spa\u0163iilor teatrului s\u0103 se \u00eempart\u0103 50 \u2013 50% \u00eentre teatru \u015fi prim\u0103rie \u015fi situa\u0163ia s-a lini\u015ftit. <\/p>\n<p>P\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een var\u0103.<br \/>\n\u00cen var\u0103 s-a \u0163inut concursul pentru postul de manager al teatrului din Bra\u015fov. C\u00e2nd to\u0163i candida\u0163ii au fost elimina\u0163i la probele eliminatorii, \u015fi unicul candidat pentru proba final\u0103, de interviu, a fost un anume Marius Dan Zarafescu, un tip al c\u0103rui CV prezint\u0103 un misterios hiatus \u00eentre 1978, c\u00e2nd a absolvit fizic\u0103 atomic\u0103, \u015fi 1995, c\u00e2nd a absolvit teatrologie, moment \u00een care a devenit func\u0163ion\u0103ra\u015f public \u00een diverse comitete \u015fi comi\u0163ii arondate Ministerului Culturii, f\u0103r\u0103 a ar\u0103ta vreun proiect concret sau vreo realizare propriu-zis\u0103, \u00een urma activit\u0103\u0163ii lui asidue de 20 de ani \u00een slujba culturii.<br \/>\nComisia format\u0103 din Lucian Sabados (directorul teatrului din Br\u0103ila, fost manager de succes al tteatrului din Ploie\u015fti), Attila Gasparik (directorul teatrului din T\u00e2rgu Mure\u015f), Carmen Stanciu (din conducerea UNATC) \u015fi Adrian G\u0103zdaru (directorul teatrului \u201eExcelsior\u201d din Bucure\u015fti) a identificat pe loc impostura \u015fi l-a respins pe Zarafescu cu nota 5,45. Au urmat mesaje de amenin\u0163are din partea candidatului, adresate membrilor comisiei: \u201dAveti grija pe unde mergeti. Dvs si familia dvs! Ce mancati! Ce beti! Ce aer respirati. Atentie la boli grave&#8230; Dumnezeu sa va apere! Cu prietenie\u2026\u201d<br \/>\n(n-am pus diacritice de vreme ce nici onor. Numai c\u0103 de aceast\u0103 dat\u0103, comisia era cu totul alta: Beatrice Rancea, Emil Boroghin\u0103 (fost manager al festivalului \u201eShakespeare\u201d din Craiova\u201d), Mircea M. Ionescu (dramaturg \u015fi comentator sportiv) \u015fi Hora\u0163iu Mihaiu (scenograf). \u00cenregistrarea f\u0103cut\u0103 de cineva cu mobilul, care a ap\u0103rut \u00een mod misterios dup\u0103 interviu, dezv\u0103luie r\u0103spunsuri de genul: \u201eAve\u0163i proiecte care s\u0103 vizeze diversitatea intercultural\u0103?\u201d \u201eDa. Facem vara spectacole de circ \u00een aer liber, supratitrate pentru turi\u015fti\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>Cei 13 actori care jucau \u00een majoritatea spectacolelor institu\u0163iei decid s\u0103 protesteze \u00eempotriva acestui Agami\u0163\u0103 Dandanache teatral \u015fi refuz\u0103 s\u0103 urce pe scen\u0103 c\u00e2t timp \u00eel au ca director. \u00centre timp, apare contraofensiva: cinci actori \u00ee\u015fi fac un sindicat \u00een care ademenesc o parte din personalul tehnic al teatrului \u015fi \u00eel asmut \u00eempotriva \u201etineretului revolu\u0163ionar\u201d. Sindicatul trimite un mesaj de mul\u0163umire prim\u0103riei dup\u0103 concursul aranjat, pretinde c\u0103 amenin\u0163\u0103rile lui Zarafescu la adresa comisiei din var\u0103 fuseser\u0103 \u201eo sc\u0103pare\u201d \u015fi \u00eei b\u0103l\u0103c\u0103resc \u00een pres\u0103 pe actorii care protesteaz\u0103. <\/p>\n<p>\u201eDe ce am reu\u015fit s\u0103 suspend\u0103m o bun\u0103 parte a activit\u0103\u0163ii teatrului? Viceprimarul bra\u015fovean Mihai Costel negociaz\u0103 cu ambele tabere \u2013 \u015fi, de\u015fi grupul celor 13 revolu\u0163ionari cere un om impar\u0163ial, care s\u0103 nu recurg\u0103 la r\u0103zbun\u0103ri personale \u2013 prim\u0103ria o nume\u015fte pe actri\u0163a Viorica Geant\u0103 \u2013 Chelbea director interimar, promi\u0163\u00e2nd c\u0103 \u201enu va permite r\u0103zbun\u0103ri\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>Despre Geant\u0103 Chelbea, actri\u0163\u0103 de 60 de ani, subret\u0103 ca emploi \u015fi scorpie absolut\u0103 \u00een timpul ei liber, coregraful Andrea Gavriliu \u00ee\u015fi aminte\u015fte cum i-a sabotat repeti\u0163iile pentru c\u0103 a primit un rol prea mic. Actri\u0163a Sabina Br\u00e2ndu\u015fe \u00ee\u015fi aminte\u015fte cum, liceeanc\u0103 fiind, a frecventat-o pe Geant\u0103 Chelbea pentru medita\u0163ii \u015fi n-a avut parte dec\u00e2t de insulte \u015fi de umilin\u0163\u0103. Eu \u00eens\u0103mi, membr\u0103 pentru dou\u0103 luni a cercului de actorie de la Casa Studen\u0163ilor \u00een Bra\u015fov, \u00eemi amintesc cum discrimina tinerele frumoase, le decreta \u201ebune doar s\u0103 sug\u0103 pula\u201d \u015fi le alunga \u00eencet \u2013 \u00eencet, \u00een timp ce rolurile principale erau destinate pentru trei domni\u015foare, s\u0103 zicem, dezavantajate estetic, cam cum era \u015fi doamna Geant\u0103 Chelbea. Pe atunci, aveam un nume mai nemilos pentru asta, al\u0103turi de colegele cu care eram \u201ebune doar s\u0103 sugem pula\u201d: conjura\u0163ia ur\u00e2telor. Era parafraz\u0103 dup\u0103 \u201eConjura\u0163ia imbecililor\u201d de John Kennedy Toole. \u015ei \u00eenc\u0103 de atunci, madam Viorica, visam s\u0103 \u0163i-o pl\u0103tesc. Iat\u0103 \u015fi nota de plat\u0103. De cum a urcat \u00een copac, pardon, \u00een pozi\u0163ia de manager, madam Viorica a \u00eenceput s\u0103 fac\u0103 crize de \u015fefie prin teatru. A reziliat contractul juristului, a refuzat s\u0103-i acorde o zi legal\u0103 de concediu contabilei \u015fefe, a refuzat participarea spectacolului \u201eCopilul problem\u0103\u201d (premiat cu UNITER, cum am zis, pentru interpretarea Adei Gale\u015f) la Festivalul de Teatru de la Pite\u015fti.<br \/>\nA refuzat o \u00eent\u00e2lnire de mediere cu protestatarii; \u00een schimb, a demarat \u201ecercet\u0103rile disciplinare\u201d. Cei 13 au \u00eencercat s\u0103 se adreseze consiliului local. 21 dintre cei 27 consilieri au votat refuzul de a-i asculta. <\/p>\n<p>Av\u00e2nd astfel carte blanche din partea primarului, Geant\u0103 Chelbea i-a concediat, pe 28 noiembrie, pe Marius Cordo\u015f (actor de 19 ani \u00een teatru, interpret a peste 40 de roluri principale), Maria G\u00e2rbovan (angajat\u0103 de 9 ani, cu peste 20 de roluri principale la activ), \u015fi pe doamna Hudi\u015fteanu, fostul director interimar care readusese pentru o vreme pacea \u00een institu\u0163ie. Pretextul? Nu s-au prezentat la un spectacol. Un spectacol care ar fi trebuit anulat oricum, pentru c\u0103 fusese v\u00e2ndut un num\u0103r foarte mic de bilete.<br \/>\nA urmat, la \u00eenceputul lunii decembrie, festivalul de dramaturgie contemporan\u0103. Aici, un alt actor dintre cei 13 protestatari, Bogdan Nechifor, a purtat banderol\u0103 alb\u0103 de protest \u00een timpul spectacolului \u201eFluturii sunt liberi\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>Al\u0163i arti\u015fti care ar fi dorit s\u0103 protesteze \u00eempotriva concedierilor abuzive au fost trupa teatrului \u201eAndrei Mure\u015fanu\u201d din Sf\u00e2ntu Gheorghe, invitat\u0103 cu spectacolul \u201eTrei rupturi\u201d \u00een regia lui Radu Afrim. Dar madam Viorica le-a trimis cu c\u00e2teva ore \u00eenainte de intrarea \u00een scen\u0103 o anex\u0103 la contract: dac\u0103 joac\u0103 cu banderol\u0103, nu-\u015fi vor primi banii.<br \/>\nDirectoarea teatrului \u201eAndrei Mure\u015fanu\u201d, Anna Maria Popa, scrie pe Facebook: \u201eLa presiuni \u0219i amenin\u021b\u0103ri am renun\u021bat s\u0103 mai purt\u0103m banderole albe pentru a nu genera un conflict \u0219i pentru a nu crea mai mult\u0103 tensiune dec\u00e2t deja exist\u0103.<br \/>\nPe scurt, am plecat capul \u0219i am \u00eencercat s\u0103 ne facem cumin\u021bi treaba pentru a &#8216;Nu strica rela\u021biile dintre ora\u0219e&#8217;, a\u0219a cum \u00eemi comunica domnul primar George Scripcaru telefonic, \u00eenainte de spectacol.\u201d<br \/>\nDa, a\u0163i \u00een\u0163eles corect. Primarul din Bra\u015fov a sunat-o pe directoarea teatrului din Sf\u00e2ntu Gheorghe s-o amenin\u0163e s\u0103 nu strice \u00eenfr\u0103\u0163irea dintre popoare. Ceau\u015fescu a f\u0103cut cinci piruete \u00een morm\u00e2nt, de fericire.<br \/>\nDar lucrurile nu au r\u0103mas a\u015fa. Pe 17 decembrie, arti\u015ftii din Sf\u00e2ntu Gheorghe, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu cei din Bra\u015fov \u015fi cu mul\u0163i al\u0163ii, din alte ora\u015fe, s-au reunit \u00eentr-un mare protest &#8211; \u201ecel mai mare protest din Bra\u015fov dup\u0103 cel legat de Ro\u015fia Montan\u0103\u201d, spune Ada cu m\u00e2ndrie.<br \/>\n\u00centre timp, Viorica Geant\u0103 Chelbea se preg\u0103te\u015fte s\u0103-i evacueze pe oamenii deja concedia\u0163i din locuin\u0163ele lor de serviciu oferite de teatru, \u00een miez de iarn\u0103 \u2013 iar Ada, al\u0103turi de Bogdan Nechifor \u015fi de regizorul Claudiu Goga, se preg\u0103tesc s\u0103 aud\u0103 vestea propriilor concedieri \u201epentru denigrarea institu\u0163iei\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>\u201ePretextul e c\u0103 n-am respectat programul de repeti\u0163ii la noului proiect al lui Claudiu. Program de repeti\u0163ii anun\u0163at de\u015fi Maria G\u00e2rbovan era \u00een concediu medical, Mihai Bica avea film\u0103ri \u015fi era plecat din Bra\u015fov iar Geant\u0103 Chelbea a refuzat s\u0103 pl\u0103teasc\u0103 pentru decorul propus de Goga.
