Nu despre filmul lui Disney, ci despre capodopera tulbur\u0103toare a lui Guillermo del Toro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u0103 \u00eentreb sincer de ce nu am v\u0103zut pe nimeni vorbind despre asta, chit c\u0103 filmul e genul de crea\u0163ie care te face s\u0103-\u0163i aminte\u015fti de ce te-ai \u00eendr\u0103gostit de desene animate. De c\u00e2te ori se lanseaz\u0103 un film prost, \u00eel coment\u0103m s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni \u00een \u015fir \u015fi pro \u015fi contra; dar filmele excep\u0163ionale  nu beneficiaz\u0103 de aten\u0163ie public\u0103. Pentru c\u0103 \u00een mintea mea, Pinocchio era p\u0103pu\u015fa adorabil\u0103 cu ochi mari \u015fi alba\u015ftri pe care am v\u0103zut-o \u00een desenul animat al lui Disney de acum mul\u0163i ani, iar Guillermo del Toro e un regizor de filme horror \u015fi fantasy. Era ca \u015fi cum defunctul dar forever b\u00e2ntuitorul Wes Craven s-ar fi apucat s\u0103 fac\u0103 film dup\u0103 Alb\u0103 Ca Z\u0103pada. OMG, dar stai. Chiar m-a\u015f fi uitat la Alb\u0103 ca Z\u0103pada realizat\u0103 de Wes Craven, pariez c\u0103 ar fi fost un exerci\u0163iu de imagina\u0163ie diabolic \u015fi minunat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe de alt\u0103 parte, povestea original\u0103 a lui Carlo Collodi nu e suav\u0103 \u015fi adorabil\u0103 ca versiunea Disney. Aventurile lui Pinocchio au ap\u0103rut \u00een a doua jum\u0103tate a secolului al XIX-lea, ca Alice \u00een \u0162ara Minunilor a lui Lewis Carroll, \u015fi ce au \u00een comun aceste pove\u015fti este nara\u0163iunea lung\u0103, alambicat\u0103, cu zero interes pentru o structur\u0103 clasic\u0103 de tip expozi\u0163iune, intrig\u0103, desf\u0103\u015furarea ac\u0163iunii, punct culminant, \u00eencheiere glorioas\u0103, cu multe personaje care pot sau nu s\u0103 reapar\u0103 \u015fi al c\u0103ror scop nu e neap\u0103rat s\u0103 pun\u0103 \u00een lumin\u0103 o anumit\u0103 latur\u0103 a protagonistului, \u015fi \u00een care un pistol poate fi at\u00e2rnat de perete \u00een actul I f\u0103r\u0103 nevoia de a trage un glon\u0163 \u00een actul al III-lea. \u015ei tema: confruntarea dintre inocen\u0163a copil\u0103riei \u015fi zarva corup\u0103toare \u015fi murdar\u0103 a lumii adulte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despre Guillermo del Toro trebuie s\u0103 precizez un lucru: e genul meu preferat de creator de horror \/ fantasy. \u00cen sensul c\u0103 nu folose\u015fte elementele supranaturale \u015fi tenebroase la modul gratuit, pentru valoarea de \u015foc; ci pentru c\u0103, \u00een filmele lui, acestea sunt accente \u00eentr-un act de confesiune intens personal \u015fi emo\u0163ional. Iar acest aspect se simte \u015fi \u00een Pinocchio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen interviurile sale despre film, del Toro m\u0103rturise\u015fte c\u0103 a creat Pinocchio ca pe o metafor\u0103 pentru propria copil\u0103rie \u00eengrozitoare: a fost un copil st\u00e2ngaci, extrem de timid, t\u0103cut \u015fi mereu stingher, c\u0103ruia \u00eei era greu s\u0103 se integreze printre al\u0163ii. De aceea, pentru el, metafora p\u0103pu\u015fii de lemn a fost un mod de a-\u015fi explora alteritatea \u015fi stranietatea. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u015ei, \u00eentr-adev\u0103r, Pinocchio al lui del Toro nu e deloc o p\u0103pu\u015f\u0103 frumoas\u0103, gra\u0163ioas\u0103, care se mi\u015fc\u0103 din primul moment cu o elegan\u0163\u0103 de parc\u0103 ar fi fost la lec\u0163ii de balet din grupa mic\u0103. Primele mi\u015fc\u0103ri sunt dezarticulate \u015fi spasmodice, \u015fi momentul \u00een care se treze\u015fte la via\u0163\u0103 aminte\u015fte mai degrab\u0103 de na\u015fterea c\u00e2te unui monstru \u00een filme horror, dec\u00e2t de clipa miraculoas\u0103 \u00een care p\u0103pu\u015fa de lemn devine \u015fi mai adorabil\u0103, din filmul lui Disney. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Supratema filmului este paternitatea, \u00een diversele ei forme \u015fi versiuni, iar del Toro \u00ee\u015fi ofer\u0103 libertatea creativ\u0103 de a modifica povestea \u015fi pentru a introduce doar pistoale care vor trage p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een actul final &#8211; la propriu sau la figurat &#8211; pentru a valorifica \u00eentr-un mod c\u00e2t mai bogat \u015fi mai complex arcul narativ \u015fi evolu\u0163ia at\u00e2t a lui Pinocchio, ca fiin\u0163\u0103 \u015fi ca fiu, c\u00e2t \u015fi a lui Geppetto, pe care nu \u00eel avem ca pe un t\u0103tic atoate\u015ftiutor \u015fi binevoitor, a c\u0103rui menire e s\u0103 educe, ci ca pe un om imperfect, afectat de idei fixe, frustr\u0103ri \u015fi suferin\u0163e, care \u00eenva\u0163\u0103 pas cu pas s\u0103 devin\u0103 tat\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ca un contrapunct la st\u00e2ng\u0103cia \u015fi stinghereala lui Pinocchio, expozi\u0163iunea ne arat\u0103 un episod din via\u0163a fiului real al lui Geppetto, Carlo. Un b\u0103ie\u0163el frumos \u015fi cuminte, absolut adorabil, care nu f\u0103cea \u015fi nu spunea nimic nelalocul lui, copilul ideal pe care \u015fi l-ar fi dorit orice p\u0103rinte. E o responsabilitate brusc\u0103 pentru care nu te-a preg\u0103tit nimeni, cu provoc\u0103ri pe care nu \u015ftii cum s\u0103 le abordezi. \u00centocmai precum condi\u0163ia de tat\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen opozi\u0163ie cu dezarticularea extern\u0103 total\u0103, avem caracterul lui Pinocchio: de un optimism contagios, o dorin\u0163\u0103 de iubire absolut \u00eenduio\u015f\u0103toare \u015fi o sensibilitate aparte, perfect redate de vocea cristalin\u0103 \u015fi extrem de expresiv\u0103 a copilului actor Gregory Mann. Complexitatea emo\u0163ional\u0103, nuan\u0163ele de o delicate\u0163e aparte pe care Mann reu\u015fe\u015fte s\u0103 le produc\u0103 sunt impresionante pentru un copil, \u015fi dau clas\u0103 distribu\u0163iei de vedete care \u00eel \u00eenso\u0163esc: Ewan McGregor, David Bradley, Tilda Swinton, Ron Perlman, Cristoph Waltz, Cate Blanchett etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O decizie creativ\u0103 esen\u0163ial\u0103 a lui del Toro e aceea de a muta ac\u0163iunea narativ\u0103 \u00een Italia celor dou\u0103 r\u0103zboaie mondiale. Geppetto \u00eel pierde pe Carlo, copilul perfect, \u00een primul r\u0103zboi, iar Pinocchio apare \u00een via\u0163a lui \u00een momentul \u00een care \u00een Italia cre\u015fte influen\u0163a lui Mussolini \u015fi se prefigureaz\u0103 cel de-al doilea. Am putea spune c\u0103 e o metafor\u0103 a modului \u00een care fiecare copil devine un \u0103zboi pentru p\u0103rintele s\u0103u.
