Taman la timp pentru vacan\u0163\u0103. Unde po\u0163i s\u0103-\u0163i expui triumfal corpul de nota zece \u015fi, dac\u0103 ai cu adev\u0103rat ambi\u0163ie, \u015fi premiul cel mare de 1.000 de euro.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dat fiind c\u0103 m-am implicat personal \u00een challenge-ul trecut, am decis acum s\u0103 v\u0103 aduc \u00een fa\u0163\u0103 trei pove\u015fti reale, ale unor oameni care au participat la edi\u0163ia din decembrie a challenge-ului Ikanos. Trei oameni obi\u015fnui\u0163i, cu vie\u0163i normale, cu familii, joburi, \u015fcoli, greut\u0103\u0163i ca ale fiec\u0103ruia dintre noi, dar care au decis c\u0103 vor o schimbare \u00een bine. Dar din 2020, c\u00e2nd au \u00eenchis s\u0103lile, nu am mai reluat sportul. Asta p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een ianuarie, c\u00e2nd am \u00eenceput challenge-ul Ikanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cum ai descoperit programul Ikanos?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Andreea: Am aflat despre Ikanos \u00een decembrie, din interviul pe care l-ai realizat cu Natalia, deci, mul\u021bumesc!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cu drag. Ce te-a atras la oferta lor?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Andreea: Dup\u0103 ce am citit ce presupune \u0219i ce \u00ee\u021bi ofer\u0103 programul, mi-am zis c\u0103 e ceva de care pot s\u0103 m\u0103 \u021bin. \u0218i premiul oferit de Ikanos e atractiv, clar!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Premiu pe care l-ai \u015fi c\u00e2\u015ftigat, \u015fi te felicit pentru asta. Cum \u0163i-a afectat sarcina organismul?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Andreea: Am avut norocul s\u0103 am o sarcin\u0103 u\u0219oar\u0103 \u0219i am fost activ\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la final. Dar am r\u0103mas cu ni\u015fte kilograme \u00een plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C\u00e2t a fost de greu s\u0103 integrezi programul Ikanos \u00een via\u0163a extrem de ocupat\u0103 a unei proaspete m\u0103mici?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Andreea: La \u00eenceput, a fost dificil p\u00e2n\u0103 am reu\u0219it s\u0103 creez o rutina. La sf\u00e2r\u0219itul zilei \u00eemi completam pa\u0219ii \u00een aplica\u021bie \u015fi mai povesteam pe grupul de sus\u021binere, care a fost minunat!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>So\u0163ul ce reac\u0163ie a avut?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Andreea: So\u021bul a fost reticent la \u00eenceput, dar m-a sus\u021binut \u0219i asta a contat foarte mult.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ai intrat \u00een concurs setat\u0103 pe premiul cel mare?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Andreea: Nu. Pentru c\u0103 nu eram convins\u0103 c\u0103 voi reu\u0219i s\u0103 sl\u0103besc. Toate dietele pe care le-am \u00eencercat le-am abandonat \u00een scurt timp. Pe parcursul vie\u0163ii, mi-am p\u0103strat obiceiurile sportive \u015fi le-am adaptat v\u00e2rstei \u015fi programului de lucru. Nu am f\u0103cut performan\u0163\u0103, dar am avut o atitudine sportiv\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Apoi, ca antreprenor, ai neglijat mi\u0219carea. Acest fapt a avut \u015fi alte simptome, pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 cre\u0219terea \u00een greutate?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roxana: \u00cen timpul \u00een care am deschis firma \u015fi \u00eencercam s\u0103 o pun pe roate, am devenit \u015fi student\u0103. La kinetoterapie, \u00een Bucure\u015fti. Eu fiind din Buz\u0103u. De regul\u0103, ajungeam acas\u0103 pe la 11 noaptea.<br>Asta a \u00eensemnat automat m\u00e2ncat mult\u0103 patiserie, f\u0103inoase, p\u00e2ine etc. Am avut \u00een scurt timp probleme cu digestia (balonare, gaze, digestie lent\u0103). Nu beam niciodat\u0103 suficient\u0103 ap\u0103, a\u015fa c\u0103 am \u00eenceput s\u0103 am probleme cu reten\u0163ia de ap\u0103, corpul \u00ee\u015fi f\u0103cea rezerve. C\u00e2nd am r\u0103mas \u00een\u0163epenit\u0103 de spate \u00eentr-o zi \u015fi cu dureri de genunchi \u00een alta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>De ce ai ales Ikanos?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roxana: Pentru c\u0103 am v\u0103zut o recomandare la tine pe pagin\u0103. M-a atras promisiunea c\u0103 e mai mult dec\u00e2t un program de sl\u0103bit. C\u0103 ofer\u0103 ceva mai mult dec\u00e2t un plan alimentar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cum a fost experien\u0163a ta cu ei?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roxana: Ikanos a f\u0103cut exact ce a promis: mi-a dat informa\u0163ia \u015fi p\u00e2rghiile s\u0103 o aplic. \u00cen primele dou\u0103 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni, av\u00e2nd experien\u0163ele programelor anterioare \u00eencercate, am fost sceptic\u0103 \u015fi nu am aplicat chiar tot ce am primit. Dar c\u00e2nd am v\u0103zut c\u0103 programul merge, c\u0103 am sc\u0103zut \u00een greutate chiar \u015fi aplic\u00e2nd numai o parte din program, am \u00eenceput s\u0103 am \u00eencredere. M-am str\u0103duit s\u0103 urmez pas cu pas toate indica\u0163iile primite \u015fi, \u00een s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2na a cincea din program, adic\u0103 la jum\u0103tatea lui, sl\u0103bisem deja 7 kg! Ceea ce, pentru mine, a fost WOW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cum reu\u015fe\u015fti s\u0103 integrezi programul \u00eentr-un stil de via\u0163\u0103 uber ocupat ca al t\u0103u?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roxana: E adev\u0103rat, asta presupune un pic de voin\u0163\u0103. Dar tocmai \u0103sta este secretul: pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 efectul pozitiv pe care l-am ob\u0163inut sl\u0103bind, \u00eemi place mult \u015fi acest efect de exercitare \u015fi antrenare a voin\u0163ei: ca s\u0103 ating obiectivul de pa\u015fi, trebuie s\u0103 fac un efort. \u015ei \u00eel fac, \u00een fiecare zi. Pentru c\u0103 am \u00een\u0163eles, datorit\u0103 lec\u0163iilor zilnice, c\u0103 efortul \u0103sta \u00eel fac pentru mine. Consecven\u0163a este!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Care sunt punctele tari ale programului \u015fi care sunt punctele lui slabe &#8211; dac\u0103 are?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roxana: Punctele tari, de departe, sunt lec\u0163iile zilnice. Cinci minute de magie le-a\u015f numi. Sunt consistente \u015fi ofer\u0103 informa\u0163ie valoroas\u0103. Apoi, planurile alimentare alc\u0103tuite personalizat, \u00een urma mini-interviului de \u00eenscriere. Pe mine asta m-a ajutat foarte tare s\u0103-mi doresc s\u0103 merg mai departe \u00een program: faptul c\u0103 nu m\u0103 \u00eenfometam, ba chiar aveam senza\u0163ia uneori c\u0103 m\u0103n\u00e2nc mai mult dec\u00e2t \u00eenainte! Puncte slabe&#8230;aici n-a\u015f \u015fti ce s\u0103 punctez. Eu am avut rezultate uimitoare cu acest program \u015fi sunt \u00eenc\u00e2ntat\u0103 de ce m-a ajutat s\u0103 ob\u0163in. Poate, simplitatea meselor propuse. Cred c\u0103, \u00een unele zile, mi-a\u015f fi dorit ceva mai elaborat la mas\u0103, mai pe masterchef style.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cum planifici s\u0103 men\u0163ii rezultatele pe termen lung?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roxana: P\u0103i, am transformat programul de zece s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni \u00eentr-un stil de via\u0163\u0103: calculez mesele \u00een func\u0163ie de dimensiunile mele, fac sport zilnic, fac mi\u015fcare zilnic. \u015ei am aruncat toate hainele m\u0103sur\u0103 mare!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00cen vacan\u0163\u0103, \u0163i-a fost greu s\u0103 te \u0163ii de program?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roxana: Mi-a fost pu\u0163in greu la \u00eenceput! C\u0103ci trebuia s\u0103 explic fiec\u0103ruia \u00een parte de ce fac a\u015fa. Apoi, n-a mai fost o problem\u0103. Mai degrab\u0103 antitalent la sport. \ud83d\ude42 Dup\u0103 liceu \u015fi p\u00e2n\u0103 la 40 de ani, zero. Fum\u0103tor \u2013 trei pachete de \u0163ig\u0103ri pe zi. La 40 de ani m-am l\u0103sat de fumat \u015fi am pus 10 kg. pe mine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acum 5 ani am redescoperit bicicleta. Am parcurs un total de peste 30.000 km, prin toat\u0103 \u0163ara. Am fost de trei ori \u00een Himalaya (Everest Base Camp, circuitul Anapurnei, Lang Tang), in Peru (Aplamayo) etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Practic, a\u0163i redescoperit mi\u0219carea cu ajutorul unui hobby activ, care v\u0103 \u00eendemna s\u0103 merge\u021bi mult pe jos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paul: Cred c\u0103 fotografia a fost un pretext pentru c\u0103l\u0103torii, pentru aventur\u0103. Dup\u0103 care l-am descoperit pe Radu P\u0103ltineanu, care c\u0103l\u0103torea din Alaska spre \u0162ara de Foc cu bicicleta \u015fi am \u00eenceput s\u0103 visez c\u0103 fac \u015fi eu excursii, la fel ca el. Probabil c\u0103 am c\u0103utat prea mult pe Google despre cum s\u0103 sl\u0103be\u0219ti s\u0103n\u0103tos, \u015fi Facebook s-a prins de asta, \u015fi-mi d\u0103dea reclama la Ikanos de 10 ori pe zi. P\u00e2n\u0103 la urm\u0103, am dat click. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ce v-a atras?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paul: De fapt, tot ce e \u00een programul \u0103sta mai \u00eencercasem, dar pe r\u00e2nd, niciodat\u0103 in acela\u0219i timp. Plus c\u0103 a introdus no\u021biunea de comunitate. Nu a\u015f spune c\u0103 e o diet\u0103. E un stil de via\u021b\u0103. Sa m\u0103n\u00e2nci regulat m\u00e2ncare s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103, s\u0103 faci sport cel pu\u021bin 30 de minute pe zi, s\u0103 faci 10.000 de pa\u0219i, s\u0103 bei suficient\u0103 ap\u0103, s\u0103 cite\u0219ti zilnic c\u00e2teva pagini, s\u0103 ai c\u00e2teva clipe de con\u0219tientizare zilnic\u0103 (cum m\u0103 simt ast\u0103zi, ce am f\u0103cut etc.), s\u0103 faci parte dintr-un grup care are acela\u0219i scop (s\u0103 tr\u0103iasc\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103tos \u015fi s\u0103 piard\u0103 c\u00e2teva kilograme \u00een plus).
